Why does IndusInd not allow billing dates after the 18th of the month?
This is annoying since all of my other card statements are generated on the 25th of the month.

Actually in many cases it's better to not have a month end between your billing and due date. Many cards report utilization at last day of month. If you make on-due-date payments this might end up giving a higher utilization on your credit report. For example, you will end up getting (for example) April's utilization PLUS May's utilization reported in the May end report.

Well, Kotak allows only 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25. The customer can decide not to keep the bank's credit card.

Doesn't RBI guidelines say that bank must allow customer to change their cc billing cycle as per their convenience? I guess that must be convenience out of the available options only 🤷‍♂️
