IndusInd CC issue policy

TF Buzz
Hi friends,
  1. Please tell me is it worth to get a Indusind Bank CC, as I don't find much offers on those cards except in Big Basket. Do any other e-commerce app/site provide periodical offers for Indusind CC?
  2. If I apply for Indusind Easydiner LTF CC and get it, will I be able to get any other IndusInd CC like Tiger, etc., later?
  3. Does IndusInd Bank have any policy like one card per person or no core CC after getting a co-branded CC first or something like that?

Yes, it is worth it. If you have a LTF card from them.

No, the ED card is a co-branded one, so you can’t switch or get another co-branded card directly. You’ll need to get a core card first, then allocate around 30K/70K for the ED card depending on the variant. If your core card has a limit above 1.5L after that, you can request an upgrade to Tiger after 3 months.

No
1 Core (unsecured) card + multiple co-branded + UPI RuPay cards — all share the same overall limit, no separate limit for each.

Split limit and no separate limit!
Didn't understand it.

For example,
5L - Legend CC
Now you want to get an ED and a Rupay Platinum
ED Platinum - 30K base limit and you selected 50K
Rupay - 40K
New Limit of Legend - 4.1L
But that is the definition of split limit!
And all the cards have separate limit.

Total limit is splitted in multiple cards as separate limit. It's like sbicard.

And one thing is true that no new limit will be allocated. That is also the cases of shared limit, like in axis or ICICI

SBI has separate limits for each card unless you get pre-approved cards from them and split your limit.

Axis, all cards are reported separately, so our overall limit increases.

I am holding IndusInd Auro LTF since more than 15 years. I hold other HDFC, ICICI, Axis,, HSBC, IDBI, IDFC LTF (mostly Platinum )credit cards and can tell that IndusInd Aura CC does not have great offers and frequent offers.. I did not see any issue with customer support. With my goal of having any LTF credit card (no need to track annual fees of spend to get annual fee waived off) I noticed, ICICI, HDFC and Axis are good credit cards. Even to leverage early bird offers of Rupay credit card, I enjoyed Indian Bank, UBI, Canara Bank, PNB, BoB and Kotak. And had collected good cashback Now closed all Rupay CC except BoB as it gives cashback So Standard Chartered and HSBC Credit cards are not so great. Instead try SBI that has maximum offers on Amazon or even ICICI and HDFC
