What steps should I take to cancel the card?

Call customer care and raise cancellation request. Their email responses are way too slow. I closed my ED Signature in April.

Don't do anything bro it's your chance to earn huge compensation.
Banks are obliged to close the card within 7 days I guess according to RBI guidelines.

If they fail to do so the 500 per day.

So pray that indusind delays closure as much as possible. After closure just drop a mail for compensation.
