Emails sent to all the IndusInd email addresses bounce as suspected spam. How do we contact customer care?
I want to confirm if my card is LTF

Use their chatbot.

Just type something for which it cannot provide an answer.

Then, you should get an option to talk to their customer care agent. I use this method quite often and it works.

reduce the content of your email and then try. certain keywords in the email they have flagged for filtering as spam. try to keep the email as simple as possible.
worked for me last week.
on another note, the emails that were suspected spam, also reached them and they replied on it!
