Indusind Exclusive Loyalty Points Statement issues

I have had no issues getting Indusind loyalty points statement for almost 1 year (Debit card reward points statement) but last 2-3 istances, its been a nightmare.

While earlier on, 1 email to the exclusive team would get me the statement in 1-2 days, it takes more than a month and countless emails to exclusive team and the nodal officer to get the statement now and it was almost a month (last time) and again it will be a month of asking the same on 30th October.

Is anyone having similar issues? I use it less these days to pay CC bills using SBI Unipay but when I do I want to make sure I am getting cirrect points and its a pain to get the loyalty points statement now. I keep getting emails saying "we will get back in 3 business day, 7 business days" and stuff and nothing comes.

Can anyone suggest a resolution? I am escalating this to RBi ombudsman on 30th October for sure.
 
Was facing the same problem as you when trying to redeem via the App. Used NetBanking in the morning today and it worked out perfectly, and points got credited into cash instantly. No calls/emails needed.

Redeeming points via app is also an issue, but they send the statement where it shows how many points you got for each transaction and thats what I need help with as of now. I do not mind calling them for redemption as they have a 24x7 customer support and I call late nights so hardly an issue. Its the statement that is a pain to get now.

Email the Exclusive team.
They will send you the attachement in Excel format with transaction details and points earned for them.

I have got the statements for 1 year without any issues but since last 2 times I have to abuse them, send 10+ emails, escalate to PNO and still nothing

This month they didn't gave all points so.. it will help asking them for missing.. in past every time i asked for missing point they never reverted..
 
The good thing about IDFC is you can see the points in the app and firstrewards website for all DC transactions. With Indusind you cannot do it yourself and can ONLY ASK the exclusive team to send the statement.
Either they send it via just 1 email or make it accessible to customers directlya nd we can get rid of their BS
