Recently I applied for an IndusInd Legend credit card from the branch. I wanted to apply for the Pinnacle credit card but branch people were saying due to the MasterCard ban they had stopped using Pinnacle. I told them it's unbanned now. So they were saying it will take 1 month to issue Pinnacle again. They haven't started the printing yet. On insisting I have seen people getting Pinnacle, BM called some senior credit card guy and made him talk to me. He also said the same. Then he said take Legend now and later upgrade to Pinnacle when it opens. So I wanted to check if I can upgrade Legend to Pinnacle straight away or do I need to wait for 6-12 months and what is the process for it?
