Hi TCFers,
My RM reached out to me with a valuable offer for Indusind Pioneer, Indusind Grande Care and Indus Care savings account under Freedom Offer which is senior citizen specific offer where the senior citizen has to be the primary holder. So after ages of stupid FD and ULIP pestering by my RM this time he finally had something good to offer.
As per this offer, the accounts mentioned above effectively become unconditional NMC free and Zero MAB.

Now, Indusind Pioneer always was a 0 NMC account with possible risk of downgrade in future in case AQB not maintained and Indus grande Care and care accounts are accounts which wont be downgraded but you will be charged NMC.

I reached out to my RM asking proper mail chain about the same as Indusind is infamous for product mis-selling.

I sent them my doubts in the email-

I am yet to talk to them again and have my accounts opened.

The same through mail from indusind as intimation.
I still havent received dont know the reason.

Godaamn!! The latest revisions to Pioneer account is making this whole HNI pioneer program even shittier. Extremely lame.
Basically whatever limited USP this had over other HNI programs, this will destroy it even further.

What an absolute shitshow by Indusind Bank. Any sane person will not avail this banking.

-Metal card discontinued
-BMS movie offer value reduced
-BMS non mobie and movie offer limited to B1G1 per day
-3K spend based domestic lounge access from March 2026
-It never had any international lounge anyways
-NMC charges introduced.
-Already has an extremely shit savings account interest rate

Why the hell would anyone sane even touch this shitty banking program even with a 1 feet pole?

Yes but now they have changed product itself. I think it will supersede the criteria they had. They can do it.

Yes it is but that doesnt depend on product features changes. If the rpoduct itself changes, I may not have any leverage. Its same like i was promised 3 lounges earlier but now bank has removed lounge facilities so that is not eligible for me to fight with the bank.

In this case, the product itself has been devalued.

Ya that is true, you only have no NMC in that case. But if all the perks are withdrawn or made spend linked then it is just yet another zero balance account for you.
