Indusind net banking unable to login Security access denied error

I tried login into my Indusind netbanking today, but got greeted with the below error.

"Your access is being denied due to security reasons"

What security reason? I am using my personal laptop in which I have opened the account before, entered correct credentials, using my home wifi, nothing is different from my previous logins.

Note: The mobile banking app works fine.

If anyone has faced this before could you please help out? Does this go away after sometime?

Call indus customer care

Ask them to raise a SR, saying an issue while accessing netbanking. They will take care
