Indusind Pinnacle Free Exclusive Account Family Banking?

Does anyone know if Family Banking i.e. additional Exclusive accounts linked to a Family Id will also be zero balance if the primary holder has a Pinnacle Credit Card?

After getting Pinnacle Credit Card, I went to open Exclusive Account through branch. After that I received account net banking password on which I logged in and linked my credit card. After linking my Account details and card is showing as well in net banking.
But issue arries in Mobile app. Credit card userid is not showing account details and Account userid is not getting logged in. Credit Card userid is getting logged in without any issue. Account userid is saying "We are not able to process your request at this moment."
What to do? Any expert advice.

Only branch ppl can solve this by mailing out their backend team
My case fd cc and sb all have different cif which took 1.5 months to merge all and view in one app
3 time visited branch 😩

I never visited any branch. Upgraded to Pinnacle from Legend courtesy of @RS1910 . Then opened Exclusive account through Indus Ind website. Called Indus Ind Toll free and they Linked the card with the new account. Afterwards was able to link Exclusive account with the card in Mobile app after receiving debit card. However I needed to register as new user in Online banking to link the Pinnacle card to the Exclusive account. Now everything is working well.

Means you have linked your account to same userid of credit card in mobile app through debit card but you have created different userid for net banking.

I have request for account grouping yesterday how much time does it take ideally?
