All of a sudden, my indusind visa signature card stopped working for transactions whereas the other debit card was working fine. I checked online and reach out to support, even they mentioned that my card is active. I thought let's replace the card and that's what I did but before the replacement card arrived, I had around 4400 reward points about 1500 rs. These points no longer exists in my app with the new card. I reached out to the support and they are looking into it from 10+ days, now I'm not even getting a reply from them from 7+ days.
Has anyone faced a similar issue and know how to get the reward points back?
