IndusInd v/s Kotak?? Which one do you prefer overall in service and why?

I prefer Kotak for the service they offer.
But indusind has better interest rates but worst net banking and mobile banking service.
What's your experience?

Alright, the experience greatly depends on several service provider factors ( location, BM / RM competence and branch level policies )..

In my experience, Kotak v/s IndusInd is like Cow Dung vs BS

I wouldn't prefer either 🙏🏻
