Indusland credit card settlement

I am using an IndusInd credit card. Due to some financial issues, I want to try to settle my credit card debt. My credit card is already classified as NPA (Non-Performing Asset). The recovery agency sent me an email regarding the settlement. They required one installment to be paid before May 31, which I have already paid. After that, I was supposed to pay the remaining amount upon receiving the settlement letter. However, they keep changing their terms daily. Now, they are saying I need to make a Demand Draft (DD) first, and then they will provide the settlement letter. Is this how a bank operates? I have tried contacting higher authorities and sent an email to the bank's CEO, but they also said I can only contact the recovery agency. I don't understand what I should do now.

Once our cards become NPA banks will put a block and hand in to the hands of recovery agents
Better not to waste your time on contacting bank
Deal with the agents and finish off somehow
