Infinia Infinia Request Rejected even after fulfilling 'Spend+Limit' Criteria[Update: Approved]

Few doubts about the upgrade form. Please confirm:

1. There is 'Limit increase' and 'Upgrade with Limit Increase' options. There is no separate Upgrade option. Should I tick upgrade with limit increase?

2. There are two checkboxes and a number box for Autopay. Should I leave them blank?

3. There are multiple options under 'I have submitted the following documents' like Salary A/c no, C4C, Hl Bundle, Fd lien... Should I leave all of them blank?? I do have salary account with them, but the upgrade is purely based on spends. I am not submitting any document apart from the form.

4. On another note, they did not ask consent for anything, just mentioned that they have approved and told to submit the form. Should I write that I consent etc...?

They asked documents for increasing limit, post increasing limit they will approve you the card, if they find that you aren't eligible on the basis of salary or itr they will not give you the card.

After taking all the documents they will simply deny, that's how HDFC work

their process is so stupid. i've honestly decided not to pursue it. will close my salary account also and switch to icici or something. axis is equally crap. so is hdfc. after spending 11 lakhs on a limit of 3.8 they want more spends. they can bugger off 🙂

Thanks for answering but the question was for @vishp 🙂

What I wanted to understand was that whether it was Paid from first year, FYF or LTF. Secondly, not always it takes the limit of your existing card, they give you an option to upgrade the card with limit enhancement. In certain cases, even if you don't choose limit enhancement option they still offer higher limit on the card.

I never heard anyone getting instant l.e just after infinia upgrade
For
Fyf and ltf

Many have taken fyf .ltf 🙏

Have asked them that i do not want limit increase and i am fine with current limit. This is just so frustrating
