Info about value back in SBI IRCTC card for dates mentioned in T&C

I have IRCTC Sbi rupay card. I wanted to ask, the 10% value back is for the spends made from 15th jan to 31st march. So I wanted to know if this dates are travelling date or booking date? Like I wanted to book ticket for 16th Feb today. Will I get 4% cashback or 10% cashback??
