Information on Kotak Salary Accounts

Hello,

Is there any one here with a Kotak Salary Account. I am trying to find what is the eligibility for different type of Salary Accounts they offer.

I have Kotak Salary account since 2018 and the variant is Corporate EDGE Salary Account. The Kotak Website says eligibility for EDGE Salary account is as follows:

This product is offered to employees drawing net take home salary of Rs. 15,000/- and above. Please check if your corporate is empanelled with us for Salary Account Solution Program.

Any details on salary eligibility for Privy league account variants like Insignia, Prima & Optima are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Note that my RM is completely off the radar and rarely replies to my messages. So no point in asking him. And Kotak Customer Care is the worst.

I have Kotak Ace Salary account. Was edge previously, upgraded to Ace through the Mobile app. They have conditions like if the net take home salary is greater than 50000 then you are eligible for Ace Salary Account and if net take home salary is greater than 1 Lakh you are eligible for Platina Salary account.
I don't know the details of Privy league account variants. Maybe others can shed light on these accounts

Thank you. I have take home of 1.5L+ and still I am at EDGE. I just realised that yesterday after 5 years of maintaining that account 🙄

Brother - close your salary account with Kotak - was holding it for 6+ years with no upgrades/offers whatsover.

Yeah. My RM never replies. So will call the bank branch Directly and ask them to either upgrade to appropriate one and offer me a better card or close it.

As part of Privy - Prima:

Finally after continuous calls for 2 hours, I got my credit card upgraded to Zen LTF. Retention team said I may not get White LTF as of now. But asked me to retry after 6 months.



And parallelly I have made a request to change my account to a zero balance account. Now trying for an axis Bank salary account for Magnus.
