International departure lounge access India

I would be travelling to another country and my flight departs from New Delhi.
Do any of the below cards provide complimentary access to this lounge? I know I can use PP, but I am afraid that I may be charged.

• Infinia + PP
• Axis Select + PP
• ICICI Sapphiro
• IDFC Select
• SBI CB
• SBI Simplyclick
• Neu Infinity Rupay
• Axis Airtel
• HSBC Visa Plat
• Axis Burgundy Debit
• HDFC Platinum Debit
• I know the below Amex cards don't provide lounge access, but just mentioning here:
• Amex Gold
• Amex MRCC
• Amex Plat
