International offline spend card suggestion

Hello everyone,

Please suggest me a credit card for international spend (offline), mostly in Euros', I saw few but I dont want to go for a card for a year and cancel it. My expenses would be in euros or other foreign currency during my travel. But I do need some card that is not from a fintech and do give reward points. Apart from magnus or hdfc as they keep denying my application. My cibil is pretty good.
Something like 0 markup fx or if it has 1-2% fx the net reward should compensate it.
