Invalid Salary details reported to CIBIL

Hey Fam!
I got Tiger CC in June, and Indusind bank screwed my CIBIl by reporting salary as 12Cr.

Upon following escalation matrix, my query is stuck with Nodal officer from more than 2 months.

After 1 month they closed the ticket stating it's updated but it wasn't I reopened, after 1 month again they told it's updated but still it's not.

My concern is will it effect my future CC application?

Solution
Salary reported to CIBIL is not official salary detail. It is more of a record-purpose formality. It wont affect ur cibil score or future card/loan applications. No bank will pass any CC/loan based on the Salary reported to Cibil. They will always check ur latest ITR/Salary slips. Just report a dispute in Cibil website. If they dont update then just forget and move on.

Bro while filling dispute, they are asking for Bank Account details. Shall I give IndusInd CC details there or any BA?

Bank details were asked beforehand to facilitate compensation if the dispute/complaint is not resolved within 30 calendar days.

So, share bank account details, where you want to receive compensation, subject to thier failure to resolve the dispute within the said timeframe.

Not right. That bank account details is for compensation...
No I meant that he has to specifically mark Indusind bank's Cibil account to rectify the income details. For compensation of course u can fill any bank details. But this is not even a case eligible for any compensation so it doesnt matter which bank account u fill in the compensation tab. It is just a clerical error by Indusind bank. Unless OP faces some monetary loss or loan rejection he wont be awarded compensation

He asked about those bank details...

If they don't dispose the dispute within 30 days I guess, they have to pay compensation.

That compensation is usually for some serious discrepencies like faulty late payment reporting or failure to close loan account. For just wrong salary details never seen anyone get compensation. Anywas lets wait and see. @mrworldwide keep us posted.
Sure man!

I marked a dispute for ICICI bank too where I closed the account but it was showing open. But in bank details I have given HDFC bank details.

In dispute section it was mentioned that it's for compensation purpose and dispute will be checked by respective REs like ICICI in this case.

Will post about Indusind case.

In mine it was reported as 12 cores but after few credit card i applied it automatically changed to other Source of income and shown -- instead of 12 cr and other time salaried marked as 1,50,000

It keeps changing doesn't matter its 100cr or 12l or even 0rs it is purely on the paper. Incase you apply for a credit card considering under automatic credit card approval from a bank also it wont work just by seeing are you salaried or not. The automatic approval will 100% need salary slip or itr to process request and further more all automatic approval now wont process credit card more than 5l limit anything above 5l needs mandatory background check such as salaried account in that company and same chosen in application and if that fails then ITR computation is mandatory.

Hope this helps.

Banks has more information and there view detail of an customer cibil has more details than what we see normally in our cibil. And the information is always exchanged with banks no matter what once you are under salaried structure and your itr has it and you apply in salaried doesn't matter your company listed with them or not banks automatically know you are trying to apply a credit card same with self employe if he tries to get s credit card under salaried then also its rejected or approved with very very low limit which banks can take a risk on you. Hence dont think much. Move on
