Visited IRCTC Lounge @ Madurai using AU Zenithcard. 2rs charged with the swipe.
Visit dt. 24.11.2024 Time 7.30 AM
Initialy unable to get the location due to some nearby renovation activities @ Madurai Jn.
Lounge is @ 1st platform next to upper class waiting. Located between Mid to end of platform on the right, when u face track in front.
A boy was the receptionist.. No display of card acceptance.
This predominantly like a leval above upper class waiting.
They r charging others in hourly rate based on need to stay & refreshments.
Waited there till 8.AM no breakfast.
Only water was there that too not good as saying it as lounge.
Not even the train display in the lounge.. Felt upset..
As I mentioned above its jus a waiting hall with A/c..
