1) I applied for IRCTC SBI RUPAY CARD through ABC@gmail.com
2) Card was approved and issued.
3) Got mail from IRCTC on ABC@gmail id on how to link the card on irctc portal for loyalty program.
4) As I already have IRCTC profile ABC@gmail.com, I logge in , and tried to link loyalty, got error profile email ID and loyalty email ID different.
5) I changed my SBI card profile Id to xyz@gmail.com
5) I created another IRCTC profile matching the xyz@gmail.com and with mobile number as per card.
5) Still I am facing same different email id issues.
6) called up IRCTC they asked to get in touch with SBI.
7) wrote to SBI to change loyalty profile email ID, instead they sent instructions how to change card profile ID which I have already done.
Thus I am going in circles how to go about Loyalty linkage.
Is there any way to know what email id is updated in my loyalty program profile?
If it was automatically captured by IRCTC as card application email ID, then should not it be automatically update to reflect the new email ID, which I changed in my card profile?
