Irritated with cibil

God knows what's happening with them. My cibil score dropping for unknown reasons.
All bills paid on time no cc used more than 30%.
Now i see some random SBI card added to cibil wasn't there before. Mailed cibil 2 times just got response we have recieved your query. Once i got a reply but it said we have confirmed this account belongs to you. When i ask the bank they cannot confirm its mine wow!!!. I saw you guys were talking about complaining to rbi and all how to do that? Literally have 3 unknown cc and loan on my account. 🙄. I swear if i get ahold of these idiots 🔪. Won't end well

along with RBI complaint, you should also file complaint with cyber crime branch

CIBIL can’t edit entries particularly financially related
take it up with sbi if not rectified go to rbi ombudsman route

Cibil dispute feature is completely worthless, they always come back with it belongs to you and ask u to contact bank directly to update. Battling with SBI myself to remove an incorrect loan account in my cibil.
