Is anyone else facing this strange issue with BOB Credit Cards?

Transaction of INR xxxxx.00 on your BoB Credit Card ending xxxx on 10-08-2022 at 12:01:19 pm at flipkartinternetpvtltd is declined as the trx amount has crossed the Domestic ECOMMERCE spend limit set on your card. Please visit bobfin.in/Portal and set your card limit as appropriate.

My limit is 34000...max set limit for online transactions is also 34000....remaining balance is also more than the transaction amount... Facing on every website same issue....

Anybody else facing such issue ...?? Any solution... Unable to contact customer care representative... There is some technical error on toll free number...

Try setting to lower limit and reset to full limit. Also, domestic limit and e-commerce limit should be equal.

I am trying.... I tried to set it to... 5000..then again when i saw the limit.. Is showing 34000 again without updating....

weird. try web and mobile app, see if it is working as expected. btw, did u already utilized 34K and paid and using again?

Used close to 29000....paid 19000....

May be there are not allowing you to spend more than provided limit within billing cycle. Check limit setup either in mobile or web else need to check with Customer support for both issues.

Limit I have reset many times but still same issue....

Now I have escalated my issue as customer care number not working due to some technical issues.... Have mailed them... Bob takes their sweet time to reply
