Is Axis treating wallet loads as Cash withdrawal?

I recently did a transaction on Payzapp using Axis CC and noticed the word Withdrawn in place of Spent used in SMS.

Below is the SMS I received:-

Withdrawn
Card no. XXXXXX
INR 2500
20-08-23 11:44:22
PAYZAPP WAL
Avl Cash INR 47500.38
SMS BLOCK 1431 to 919951860002, if not you - Axis Bank

Does it mean that Axis treats wallet load equivalent to Cash withdrawal?
I just hope they don't charge any fee for it.

No fees will be levied. It's just technical glitch while processing alerts for wallet load.

No need to waste time,. I have already wasted much time on this.

Has got that withdrawal message multiple times in the last two months. Never been charged. No need to worry.

I have added paytm wallet load using axis ace card

Shocked with the message
" Thank you for using your Card no. XXxxxx to withdraw INR 15242.99 on 20-11-23 12:59:21 IST at PAYTM WALLE. Your available cash withdrawal limit is INR 18300. "
Does it means I will be charged cash withdrawal fee
NB - my total cash limit is 18300
