Is it normal to take a card number on C2C application?

As IndusInd bank is running a promotion in my society for giving LTF Legend card, I took it but wanted a higher credit limit. So I applied C2C, he took existing card statement and 16 digit credit card no for verification. Is it normal to provide 16 digit card no. during C2C application?

yes it it normal..some may even ask for a photo of the credit card. just make sure to hide cvv while sending the photo or showing the card

Sometimes they do ask for unmasked photo of card front, which does include the card number etc. Standard practice is to share everything except CVV.
