Is it possible to apply for amex offline from any standard chartered branch?

Asking this since i noticed amex use standard chartered bank to drop cheques and pay bills via NEFT , so if someone has to apply for a amex offline is it from standard chartered ?

Lol those SCB’s infra and guys not even catering their own cards then how we expect Amex application
Why scb collect chq and e payment for Amex cards is that Amex have account for 🇮🇳 with SCB I paid amex bill from scb online account within 30min its credited

The difference is,

If you apply online using someone's invite link, it's a sign of thanking them for their knowledge/bringing Amex to your notice.
Also, in this case, your first-year fee gets waived off and your card becomes completely free!
(and you also get a free Explorers' physical kit delivered to your house as a current ongoing promotion)

If you apply through an airport kiosk, you're helping in paying the company for the kiosk setup and its employees.
While in this case, you still have to pay the first year free!
