is it possible to convert/upgrade SBI Prime to SBI Reliance Prime ?

I found SBI Reliance Prime card benefits useful for my usage. I already have a prime variant, does anyone know whether its possible to convert existing card to the Reliance variant ?

Yes, you can. Just ask them that you want to FLIP from existing card to your new desired. They don't use word upgrade, but flip.

Not in my case they denied flip and I have to apply again for vistara prime. Good my earlier prime was ltf.
