Is LTF status affected on replacement of physical credit card

1. I have lost my newly issued Kotak credit card (the whole kit), maybe misplaced somewhere I could not find. If I ask for replacement card, will it be LTF or not ?
(There will be replacement charges of 100+gst as per Kotak)

2. I have locked (temporarily) the card from application. But I have a refund due on that card. Will the refund reflect in this state ?

It wont be affected. LTF is for that card not for specific number of a card.

1. It'll be LTF.
2. You'll get refund in this state, no worries.
