Has anyone used HDFC Netsafe recently to create virtual card? I tried it but getting "bank system down, try again" message recently. Is this service shut down or temporary issue?

Oh, thought so.. I had used long back (during covid times I think) - I think this is such a useful feature for doing some international transactions without exposing card number.

Do you know if any other card provider gives virtual card for a credit card?

Trying this again with this group - Tried reaching customer care on this issue and they say the service is working and clueless about this error and were not helpful.

Anyone in the community got Netsafe working? If yes, any pre-requisite settings to be enabled in the card?

I was able to generate the card and use it somewhere a couple of weeks ago.
But the place where I used declined the transaction because of some other reasons.
