Regalia Is Regalia no more available for New Application or else getting phased out?

I've been following the conversations around Reglia (normal one not the Gold variant) for a while across multiple Forums/Blogs. And recently have been observed in HDFC website that the "APPLY ONLINE" button is missing. Is this a sign of the card being discontinued for new applications or else entirely getting phased out?

I was issued this card a month before

Did you got it as Upgrade or new application? I'm checking this page for last few weeks only. Since I already hold this card, I was checking to see if any new changes in the T&C.

Try the portal to apply or best is to contact RM at a local branch and apply offline.
It's relatively easy card to acquire from HDFC if we meet the minimum criteria

if you have a HDFC Bank account with salary credits of over 1.5-2L, then you can talk to RM for help. Otherwise is difficult - HDFC does not budge for any amount of requests over phone or emails in our experience

Even with 1.5L, they gave FYF only. No LTF.

I got it as an upgrade from Moneyback+

Go to the bank manager directly and ask them for help if RM is useless. Use your NRV and any other products from HDFC as leverage, threaten to close everything is there are not reasonable

I have regalia regular with 3l limit and so far not received upgrade from HDFC Bank
One of the offline agent I know him so I dialed him but he said gold one is fee and I can’t get ltf
