Is Sc approving CC without documentation?

I applied for Ultimate card > go principal approval> someone called me> sent me KYC LINK> i verified my Adhaar> again the person sent EKYC link > I done Video KYC.
Got KYC approved, Called the same person and she told me it is approved you will get card in a few days?


Is this real because i didn't get any notification of approval?
