Is Shoppers Stop Credit Card eligible for upgrade?

I took the HDFC Shoppers Stop Credit Card as it was LTF does it get good LE and can it be upgraded in the future?

Cobranded cards are usually not upgradeable, unless there's a higher variant with the same brand.
