Is there a trick to apply for a Non-FD OneCard after closing an FD OneCard?

Has anyone received a OneCard unsecured offer after closing their secured (Fixed Deposit) OneCard? According to their policy, they allow only one card per person, but why don't they treat FD cards and non-FD cards separately? After closing the FD card, why can't I apply for a non-FD card?

Has anyone found a trick? Or is there any other metal card available which comes with zero joining & annual fee?

onecard either fd or unsecured is closed, there was no option to get again onecard either fd or unsecured. ..... as of now.
