Is there a way we can use vouchers from Axis Gyftr or HDFC Smartbuy abroad?

For payments outside India or on websites based out of India, we do not get accelerated reward points. Are there any payment methods/vouchers from India that can be used abroad.
Like does Amazon Pay work on websites or for any POS transactions outside India?
Or can we use Uber vouchers bought from Gyftr outside India - so that we can earn rewards on those? Or any other way we can make use of this accelerated RPs outside India?
