Is there any chance to get unsecured credit card if someone is under 21 age

As almost every issuer has similar condition age threshold of 21, it seems i will have to wait for some months to be eligible in terms of age criteria.
Or plz tell me if there is any option available, my CIBIL is 746.

Get a secured credit card (30k+ recommended) first and let it sit on your credit report for a while (6+ months) then go to any bank and apply for Credit card via C2C method. Or before this you can also try getting it online from easy and immediate portals of few banks such as IDFC. Everything happens instantly on the portal. You get shown the limit and Eligibility then follow up with kyc , shouldn't take more then 25min for the process to finish.

Another thing. CIBIL doesn't matter if you didn't own any previous credit card as credit card history is also important despite 750~ score.

The beast and aggressive card issuer is HDFC. They have issued LTF (pre-approved) card if you have banking with them for some time.

If not, then few good banks issues secures card ICICI platinum and SBI unnati card.

I have exhausted fully from HDFC Bank. There is not left to squeeze further 😂
