Is there any Indian Real Estate forum?

Is there any forum specializing in residential and/or commercial real estate in India? Similar to Team BHP and TechnoFino.

I believe there used to be a forum called Indian Real Estate Forum. Its shut down now. Never seen it personally.

I look at Skyscrapercity occasionally, but it has macro level information and is not very active.
There is a sub forum on Team BHP as well.

Where do all of you get your real estate information from?

Yeah. First got to know on Indian Express Article.

Currently use r/IndianRealEstate but frankly not quality discussion.
