Is this truly LTF or conditional ltf

Applied last night, if its actually ltf then only i will activate this, someone please clarify from the image as firstly i was showing you hv to spend 1l per annum to make it ltf but then it shows this as completely lft (as shown in the image). So, what does this mean ltf or conditional ltf, please someone reply

It seems to be LTF. The 1L spend per annum for Renewal Fee waiver in the 2nd image is a common criterion for non-LTF cards

It’s probably LTF because , if it was conditional ltf ,below the

”Joining fee / Renewal fee ₹0 1000

they would have given the clause - “on spending ₹1,00,000”

Plus they have added other clauses not seen in conditional ltf like- “lucky you”, “lifetime free”
