Issue buying vouchers from Gyftr

I'm unable to buy any vouchers from smartbuy gyftr using HDFC infinia, it is throwing an error as shown below.



I'm unable to by any vouchers, tried purchasing Amazon shopping vouchers, Myntra vouchers, Big Basket vouchers.

Is there any limit on the gift voucher purchase?

First order limit of 1 lac? Have you purchased 1 lac voucher in a month or overall?
This seems weird. I think now HDFC has also taken Axis route restricting the Voucher purchase itself.

I haven't purchased 1L worth of vouchers this month. But definitely my purchase has crossed 1L in 2023

I am seeing same error when I try to put more than 1L vouchers including this month purchases. So, seems Gyftr has put same limit here as well.

I didn't had recent purchases in this year otherwise. So can't say for sure if it is monthly or quarterly or yearly limit.

May be around 10k vouchers I bought earlier this month. I tried buying 250 voucher as well, same error.

Then it is pretty bad. Seems like 1L in 90 days then. Too low.

Tried in sbiyono Gyftr. No purchase this month or even previous few months. On adding above 1L in cart, it says 30 days limit of 50K breached. Till 1L, it goes through.

They also seem to have added to the amount of shopping vouchers one can purchase, ASV new limit seems to be 10k... i am unable to purchase more ... is it the same for anyone else ...

Yep, both axis and hdfc Gyftr seems to be 10k now.
