Issue regarding Axis Easy Access Digital account

I was trying to open an AXIS LIBERTY ACC online in Aug 2022 for 1% cb zero balance acc on spends of 25k ans was throwing up error saying visit branch... which I kept avoiding. then a representative called in September saying he would assist in opening acc online but that also didn't go through... so finally visited the branch and opened an acc in second week of September

But instead of opening liberty it was Digital Easy access savings acc while I clearly checked at every stage for liberty still this happened and even bank rep and bm didn't know what's wrong.... so all of them told to sign a form for liberty acc upgrade and would be upgraded by 2 working days

the issue is 2 WORKING DAYS to upgrade to liberty acc never came... still I am trying to get liberty acc... even pno complaint was just useless they still took 10+signature to upgrade but nothing has changed....

anyone here knows how to get this done

2months +15 branch visits + lots of phone calls +lots of emails all this done now headache of ombudsman.... and repeat all above things again is the headache

RBI ombudsman I meant. Attach all proofs pertaining to your issue along with request numbers & emails you got & nothing been done. You'll get a satisfactory response

hope so.... but was trying atleast to get benifits from easy access digital acc like 500 grab deals voucher but usual axis it's also not happening

Close existing account. Then open a new liberty account

that would be nightmare +I am sure axis is going to come up with some charges
