Issue with applying axis ace from Google Pay

Few days back I got the option of applying for the ace card on the GPay app. Finished the application, at the end; it gave an error msg saying that we couldn't process the application and that axis bank needs a few details. It's been more than 48 hrs now and still no reply? Any help here?

For me, I got mail and SMS that the card is approved but in the Google pay app, it is showing that digital verification is not approved. The bank agent will contact you. But this process is already done.

Were you doing many transactions in Google pay? I mean is that why you got option to apply for ace?

Actually my all family members got to apply for this card except me. And I'm the one who do many transactions on app and didn't get the option to apply for the card. Whereas my family members rarely do even a single transaction in a month. So I applied from there app and I have received the card now
