Check after sometime. After you place the withdrawal request, it will be credited to your card in a few days.

I can see that you are having issue to claim your cashback for the 2 booking ID above.

Upon checking, there is a technical error with your cashback claim hence it cannot be issued. With that said, would you like to accept our offer of 10% Agoda Cash for the inconvenience instead?

Try using a different bank for getting the credit. Initially I tried with IDFC and both requests failed. Later tried ICICI Bank and it worked.
