Issue with ICICI and Amazon. Do I have a case with RBI?

I might have registered for a particular Subscribe & Save in 2023 using the ICICI Amazon Pay CC. I have removed all subscriptions from my Amazon account. Yet this particular mandate still shows up in my ICICI Amazon Pay CC (https://www.sihub.in/managesi/icici#/home/landing) and when I try to delete it, it says invalid details. After multiple emails, ICICI PNO suggested to contact the merchant with the mandate ID and get it removed. They must be out of their minds.
Anyways, I did my due diligence and contacted Amazon. Amazon as expected said there are no subscriptions on record and mandate ID is an ID created by ICICI, how are they supposed to find anything using that and how are they supposed to delete a mandate in ICICI database? I asked them write me an email stating whatever they said verbally. They sent me the email. I forwarded the email to ICICI PNO and after that they are silent. Its getting tiring.

I was stuck on unable to delete a Netflix mandate on an old hdfc card which still shows up there today with the same error. Its just that money was not being deducted even when the mandate was there as I had cancelled Netflix subscription on the card. Now the card is also deactivated but the mandate is still there...

Yes, always cross check from bank regarding merchant si after cancelled from merchant side.
