Hey guys, I applied for Hdfc tata neu infinity cc from hdfc bank website and completed the application process as well as video kyc on 15-11-24. Got a message next day stating that my application has been processed attached with a link to track status after 2 days. When I tried to track the status, it's showing "APPLICATION IN PROCESS". So I mailed to hdfc grievance redressal yesterday and got a mail to submit a declaration form for my office address and post it physically to chennai. Now, I am self employed and my office address is same as home address. So if anyone can help me with what should I do further? And if declaration form is the only option to go forward then how can that be done digitally/ remotely?
P.S. - I don't have any relation with hdfc bank in any form and I was showed hdfc bank tata neu infinity cc as LTF while applying. PFA the ss for the same.
