Issue with SBI Octane Card and BPCL SmartDrive Registration

The primary reason I got the SBI Octane Card was to reduce my fuel expenses. Unfortunately, things haven't gone as planned due to the following issues:

Inconsistent BPCL Coupon Availability:
SBI hasn't been consistent in offering BPCL coupons as part of the reward redemption. For at least three months, it wasn’t available, though it is now.

Problems with SmartDrive Registration:
To use the BPCL coupon, I need to register on the BPCL SmartDrive app. However, registration via the HelloBPCL app has been impossible.

• After submitting the registration form, the app doesn’t proceed or throw any error.

• I’ve raised multiple tickets, but the responses have been unhelpful:

1. "Wait for a couple of days and try again" (I waited a month with no success).
2. Screenshots showing SmartDrive functionality working on their end, which doesn’t address my issue with new registration.

Currently, I’m stuck with 15,000 points and no way to redeem them for fuel. The registration process seems futile.

Does anyone have suggestions for redeeming points for fuel without going through the SmartDrive registration?

FYI: I’m using iOS with the latest OS and app version.

Yes, many times. its very easy. At BPCL fuel stations. For example, after filling 1500 rupees worth of fuel, ask the person to redeem points. he will check your points balance and redeem the points for the amount you have asked for. for 1500 rs fuel, 6,000 points will be deducted.
