Issue with welcome benefits of ICICI Adani one signature credit card

I have ICICI Adani one signature credit card since 11.06.24 and fulfilled the spent condition of 25000/- within 60 days of card issuance but till now Flight voucher of 5000/- has not been activated in App and no reward points given till now after 3 months... Adani one card holders please share your experience...

I faced a similar issue with the ICICI MMT signature cc
card approved in Nov 2023 did not get 1500 MMT cash
I'm still sending emails to them ... No hope
