Issues with Axis Bank EDGE Rewards being credited

Hey everyone. Recent transactions using my Magnus card have not fetched the points they should have. It's been 2 weeks since txns have been done! This included around 50k INR in USD transaction for international college applications, as well as some accelerated rewards visa Grabdeals on Flipkart.

Anyone else having the same issue? Have written to Axis Customer Care but no luck!

Yes... Same here... One transaction of flipkart settled but edge points not given.... Of myzone card....

I have complained yesterday only.. And for me only debit card transaction having issue.... Credit cards ones have been credited now after 15-20 days

This is the Axis experience. It'll take weeks/months for the regular reward points to come and a few more weeks/months for the bonus reward points to come.

it took 20-25 days to credit the edge rewards and 3 months for milestone benefits to be credited
