ITR Filing - Unlisted Foreign ESOP cleartax

• I purchased Unlisted ESOPs(US company stocks) in May 2023 from my previous company.
• It is taxed based on Fair Market Value(FMV) at the time of exercise - Exercise Price, This is already shown as Income from Salary in Form 16.

1. Do I need to report these under Scheduled FA (A3 - Foreign Equity and Debt Interest) ?
2. Has anyone used clear tax to file this ?
