J & K bank providing lots of offers lately

Seeing lots of offers from lesser known J & K Bank https://www.jkbank.com/ lately on its debit and credit cards. Has anyone any experience with this bank cards?

I am from J&K and like everyone here, I too have account in J&K bank since last 8 years.
Just go to X(Twitter) and search J&K bank, you will see only one type of tweets- J&K bank down. In a week, it's always down for approx 24-48 hrs. J&K govt employees have their salary account in this bank only.
Despite it being down most of time, people here still prefer this account only.

That's not compulsory. You can apply offline. But they don't approve unles you have a salary account or saving account with them with very good transactions.

Yes I have govt salary account with this bank, I transfer my money to other bank account as soon it's credited.

Me too from jk but I have no relationship with this bank because this bank is very backward in all aspects like mb nb pre approved offers and also fully dependent on paperwork nothing can be done online on the other hand banks like hdfc icici sbi are miles ahead but unko koi baaw nhi deta especially jk mai.jk k locals ko lagta hai jk bank unke mama hai

Only benefit of J&K Bank is you get instant loan without any processing fees or foreclosure charges and attractive interest rate with a salary account. Rest this is 1947 bank.
