Axis Magnus JAL Miles Requirement

Hi friends,
I want to know the minimum miles requirement + taxes(must) in JAL and in partner airlines for the below destinations. Anyone having old JAL account please help me.
1)Delhi to bangkok.
2)Delhi to Dubai.
3)Delhi to Tokyo.

I just confirmed with customer care about the miles requirement:
1)70000 miles + 46000 taxes
2)23000 miles + 13076 taxes
3)35000 miles + 27000 taxes

Can anyone confirm this?? Because I've seen less miles for these destinations in JAL..

Its too high. Even now for Japan they increased.
