Jio Premium 4k Video Quality isn't Showing up.

so the thing is there are 3 show and one movie i want to watch including shark tank USA which i would be completing and it max output isn't 4k on my Samsung smart tv it just 1080p on each show including HBO Show too.. anyone have a solution why 4k isn't showing up on their device. on laptop/phone i don't think 4k/HDR would show up either, my laptop does support 4k/HDR too. since 299 plan is also there to take it isn't a bad deal to watch the upcoming House of the Dragon season 2 cause on Amazon prime the boys and the bear on Hulu/Hotstar could be premiering in June 2024.
