I ordered milk from JioMart today at 6 PM, and the app showed it would be delivered on the same day, January 4th. However, it's still not delivered, and the status shows it will be delivered "by January 4th." The chat support is only virtual with no real-time agent assistance, and call support is available only between 8 AM and 8 PM.
Has anyone experienced late deliveries with JioMart? Should I wait, or is it unlikely to be delivered today? This is very disappointing, especially with no proper support options available. Looking for advice or shared experiences.
